There are certain risks in the process of human resources management outsourcing in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Beginning with the exploration of the motives of human resources management outsourcing in SMEs, this paper analyzes the risks of outsourcing with the game theory. It then proposes some effective countermeasures by which SMEs can avoid the risks of human resources management outsourcing, including: strengthening the construction of human resources management service market; choosing outsourcing service providers reasonably; motivating outsourcing service providers effectively; establishing the risk forewarning management system, and so on.
