摘要

In recent years, excessive liquidity situation has appeared in China's financial field and the prices of asset, represented by real estate, present a fast rising trend. At the same time, bank credit's excessive support accelerates the rise in prices of real estate and results in real estate bubble. Financial security problems results from the over-inflated real estate should be paid more attentions. Taking Chongqing's real estate for example, this paper makes an empirical research to test that excessive support of bank credit is the important influencing factor which results in real estate bubble, and makes suggestions to promote the healthy development of real estate finance in China according to the experiences of U.S. sub-prime mortgage crisis.
