How to enhance the loyalty degree of knowledge workers is an important issue for human resources management in China's state-owned enterprises in E-business environment. This paper applies structural equation model analysis to build a quantitative evaluation model on the loyalty of knowledge workers, which will help enterprises to evaluate their performance and provide a theoretical basis.
