Improvement Study on Executive Power of Enterprise Middle

摘要

Executive power weakness is a universal problem faced by all types of enterprises, as well as a major potential crisis in the enterprises. The boots and character of executive power weakness is analyzed, the way of executive power of enterprise middle is found from the view of the middle core power. Then the framework model is build, which includes enterprise middle core power model and core radiation model. It put forwards a new way to promote executive power of enterprise middle and the whole enterprise. The case verified the validity of the model.
