Wikinomics advocates mass collaboration, which means that people in the world use their wisdom and creativity focusing on the solutions to certain problems, so that enterprises can take advantage of collective wisdom to achieve the purpose of cost-cutting, and rapid innovation. With the era of web2.0, the competitiveness of enterprises lies in the capacity, through the construction of enterprise informationalization, to fully make use of external human resources through the network platform, rather than the simple representation of the quantity and quality of human resources. With the introduction of wikinomics, this paper analyzes the changes of human resources utilization mode in the process of enterprise informationization, and introduces the impacts of current enterprise informationalization on human resources utilization mode. Besides, this paper will put forward some relevant measures on how to utilize internal and external human resources comprehensively.
