摘要

The emergency track beam is a replacement structure of the PC beam. Taking the stranddle monorail transit system in Chongqing as study background, Assembly theory of the prefabricated sections and modularization design methods are introduced. According the curve linetype and structure shape of the track beams, the different sections are assembled into an emergency track bean which can replace the destroyed PC beam with high strength bolts. The manufacture accuracy standards of emergency track beam and those of the PC track beams are compared. And the features of the manufacture accuracy for emergency track beam are also analysed in this paper. By the analysis of mamufacure accuracy and vavianc, the paper presents the ideas of eliminating errors for the emergency track beam. The above research results provide theory analysis and guidance for the design of the emergency track beam. They also provide the conference for the study of other assembly structures in the paper.
