By Monte Carlo simulation we investigated specific features of the radiation regime in the atmosphere caused by multiple light reflection between clouds and surface for solar radiation transfer and for light propagation from earth-based sources. In particular, the following effects were observed for earth-based sources of light: the increase of the distance of light propagation for a point source and the possible intensification of luminous flux near the surface. Concerning solar radiation transfer in the atmosphere-surface system in the presence of optically thin clouds and high probability of high-reflection on the surface we studied the following two effects: the increase of the radiation intensity near the Earth's surface and the decrease of the integral albedo of the system.
