摘要

The purpose of this study is to analyze relationship between service level of the management system and occupants' satisfaction in office buildings.In order to ensure whether service level of maintenance management system corresponds with occupants' satisfaction level,we evaluated maintenance service level through a survey of managers and investigated occupants'satisfaction by the questionnaire in 7 office buildings.Throughout analysis,it was found that not only maintenance service level does not correspond with occupants' satisfaction level,but as maintenance service level becomes high,occupants' satisfaction level becomes lower.
