Influence on the Social Environment of Enterprises by Mode of Production of Information Technology

摘要

This paper found that, under the e-business condition, a new main body of the social environment has consisted of the relation of man-man and man-facility by investigating some China's IT enterprises in Beijing and Shenzhen. The characteristics of the original interpersonal relation have varied. The mutual relations of man-man have shown the relations of man-multimedia. The effect of the ingredients of non-language symbols such as action, gesticulation, look, posture, brow and others have become faint in social interaction within enterprises. The resulting fact would cause that the seemingly harmonious relation between man and facilities concealed from the real maladjustment of employee-employee relations or employer-employee relations. The facts above are the important fields which should not be ignored on management theory and social psychology.
