Application of Real-Time Evaluation in Electric Customers’Credit Risk Management

It is very important for the power supply enterprises to control electricity customers’real-time credit risk and take corresponding measures, and which can assure them good operation. This paper presents the designing theory and realization method of the electric customers’credit risk real-time management system, and constructs index system of evaluating the customers’credit risk, uses entropy method to establish evaluation model, uses the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate the credit risk of electricity customers and gives a real example. It gives the power supply enterprises a certain reference to manage the customers better.
