摘要

The identification of factors influencing the consumers’ propensity to buy online is of paramount importance to e-commerce usage. So is the management of uncertainty in the prediction of that propensity. This paper presents an approach to solving e-commerce usage problems by combining scenarios survey and neural networks. The main idea is to analyzes a wide range of variables and to trained a neural network in an attempt to mining association rules of e-commerce usage. The results of the analysis identify input variables associated with e-commerce usage scenarios.
