Research on the Derivation of Industrial Cluster in Northeast China from the Perspective of Network——Enlightenments from the Development of Industrial Cluster in Zhejiang Province

According to study the derivation and development of industrial dusters in Zhejiang province, the nature of industry clusters is brought out as network. And then the shortages of industrial cluster in Northeast China are analyzed from three facets: industry network, social network and market network. So the “Top Down” pattern is concluded as the suited mode to develop industry cluster in Northeast China from the comparison above.
