This paper gives a detailed overview about the processing and automation equipment for the production of highest quality microcellular elastomer parts. The application is the automotive industry, general industries and the railway industry. The combination of multi-cavity molds and precise mixing technology for the micro cellular elastomer PU materials integrated with a selection of high sophisticated automation solutions provides most economic production.
