Characterization of permeation processes of coated dosage forms with novel polymers

In this study diffusion processes of membrane controlled drug delivery systems with a novel polymer coating were investigated using EPR spectroscopy. Water permeation behavior and drug release were characterized using non invasive methods. Dissolution induced changes of the coat composition were quantified by ~1H NMR spectroscopy.
