摘要

Folate conjugated PLGA-PEG (PELGA) was synthesized and was collaborated with polylysine to form polmer-polycationic peptide-DNA (PPD) nanoparticles. Effects of the folate conjugation on the uptake of the fluorescent NPs was qualified and quantified, while gene expression was determined on Hela cells. Results showed satisfactory targeting property of this novel gene delivery system.
