Polymer Anticancer Drugs with Peptide Targeting

A series of peptide poly(HPMA) conjugates with tumor endothelium specificity were studied. The oligopeptide sequences PHSCN, GRGDG, RGDfK and SIGYPLP were synthesized and their ability to target on the human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) was examined.
