A new polymeric micelle system, which was useful for tumor-specific phtodynamic therapy, was investigated. Accumulation of polymeric micelles in tumor due to EPR effect was observed by in vivo fluorescence measurements. As compared to free drug, none of the drug-loaded micelles treated mice showed side effects during or after administration.
