Novel nanocarriers for patient-specific brain tumor therapy

摘要

The goal of this work is to develop the science and technology to enable customized, patient-specific treatment of brain tumors. The approach is to be able to non-invasively assess the suitability of tumors to nanocarrier mediated therapy and then optimize the targeted nanocarrier formulation for each individual tumor.
