摘要

A series of pDMAEMA-graft-PEG copolymers were characterized as gene transfer agents. In vitro gene delivery was limited by inefficient endolysosomal escape. Co-delivery of an endosome-disruptive peptide (INF7) increased gene expression 100-fold resulting in transfection rates comparable to PEI, while particles were less toxic and more stable (isotonic saline, c(pDNA)>1mg/ml).
