摘要

Worm-like polymeric micelles were formed from PEO-PCL diblock polymer and showed advantages over conventional spherical micelles regarding drug loading capacity. Subsequent animal studies further highlighted worm-like micelles with respect to the enhanced MTD, improved tumor shrinkage effect, and reduced toxicity to non-tumor organs.
