Polymeric micelles incorporating (1,2- diaminocyclohexane)-platinum(Ⅱ) (DACHPt) were evaluated against a lung metastatic tumor model. DACHPt-loaded micelles (DACHPt/m) showed high efficiency in controlling metastatic growth and considerably extended the life span of mice. These results suggest that DACHPt/m could be an outstanding drug delivery system for oxaliplatin to treat metastatic or regionally spreaded tumors.
