摘要

Encapsulation of moxifloxacin (Mox) in poly(butyl cyanoacrylate) nanoparticles (PBCA NP) enhanced the drug uptake by macrophages and its efficacy against intacellular mycobacteria in vitro as well as against M. tuberculosis infection in mice.
