PEHAM Dendrimers for Drug Delivery Applications

摘要

Dendrimers have demonstrated excellent properties as carriers in drug delivery and solubility enhancers for poorly water soluble drugs, improving their bioavailability. Downsides of dendrimers are tedious synthesis and the related costs. The newly developed PEHAM dendrimer platform solves these challenges, while preserving and improving the positive aspects of dendritic drug carriers.
