Nanomaterials with high thermal conductivity have great potential forenhancing heat transfer within fluids which is significant for many applicationsincluding aero structure systems. Conductive nanomaterials, including carbonnanotubes, metal nanoparticles such as copper nanoparticles and gold nanoparticles,as well as hybrids of these were used to enhance thermal conductivity of a fluid inthis work. The measured thermal conductivities of different nanofluids are greaterthan the theoretical predictions. The stability of nanofluids was estimated by UVVis-NIR spectrophotometer.
