Solving a problem of microorganisms growthin cation exchangers in Abu Qir fertilizers co. (Case study)

The lower tray nozzles of cation exchangers suffered from microorganism’s growth.It have its nutrients from treated water, warm temperature from condensate and aModerate alkalinity.So replacing organic scavenger filters by strong cation resin to obtain decationized water.This acidic environment stops the microorganism’s growth in our plant.
