PROCES CI?G?EGO DOSKONALENIA W VWP

摘要

This paper presents the systems of Volkswagen Poznań aiming in the pursuit of excellence throughthe continuous improvement of its processes. It explains the idea of the new name PCU (pol. ProcesCi?g?ego Ulepszania, Continuous Improvement Process, CIP) and the two parallely coexistingsystems – the system of individual motions PCU and the system of PCU Workshops. This paperdescribes the way the above mentioned systems work, provides their short description, their effectsand advantages they brought about as well as management’s responsibilities in this area. In theconcluding part quite a new vision of the Workshops is presented: this vision appeared together withthe change in the work organisation in VWP that was the introduction of team work.
