Implementation of intelligent systems to manage the knowledge in the University

摘要

It is described in this article, a proposal guides for the implementation of intelligent systems based on the application of a methodology normalized to manage the knowledge in the university, where strategically they stablish the activities of more transcendency and in which plans and actions should be adopted for their development, with the purpose of facilitate the invigoration organizational, academic, scientific or technological. Emphasis is made in a focus in spiral that represents the development recurrent infinite among its different phases and activities that lead to the improvement through a process iterative and incremental, because new plans can be added to reach the goals.
