During the last years drinking water distribution networks are more and more described to bethe cause of consumer complaints due to fouled drinking water. Different particle sourcesarise in distribution systems. The hydraulic conditions in the network affect the motionbehaviour of the formed particles. This problem is investigated at a small scale pilot plantdesigned as a pipe loop.
