KSLV-I is a launch vehicle being developed to put a Korea's scientific satellite into the earth's low orbit. And the Korea space center for launching the KSLV-I also has been constructing concurrently in the southern area of Korea. The major parts of launch facility are composed of the mechanical/fluid/electrical/thermal ground support equipment. Among those ground equipment, the electrical ground equipment consists of PACS-I(preparation automated control system for stage-I), PACS-I preparation automated control system for stage-II) and TEACS(technological equipment automated control system). PACS-II, treated in this paper, has servers and personal computer located in launch control center, and it has input/output controller near the launch facility. In design step of PACS-II, the system requirement and document was produced according to MIL-STD-498. In development step, we have produced the whole PACS-II system by applying many COTS products (Tricon, InTouch, InSQL Historian, National Instrument, etc.). As a final qualification step, the performance tests were accomplished for command delay, data acquisition delay, display cycle of console data and data storage functions. The test results showed satisfactory outcome for the system requirements. Now PACS-II is under the integral processes like the configuration management.
