摘要

This paper presents a robust optimal design method of a electromagnetic devices by combining an adaptive response surface approximation of the objective function in design variable space and genetic algorithm. In the adaptive approximation, new sample points are adaptively added based on the local error estimation of the response surface. The effects of the basis functions and the way of constructing sample points on the response surface are also investigated.
