SYNTHESIS ON NEW GRADE FLUORORUBBER F4600

摘要

Two monomers of chlorotrifluoroethylene(F3) and vinylidene fluoride(F) are free radical-copolymerized in water medium,in the presence of various auxiliaries (e.g. initiator, emulsifying agent, buffering agent, etc.). Resultants are reprocessed to obtain the rubber with comprehensive properties (especially, excellent processabilities ). Optimal process conditions are as follows: F3:F2=20 ～ 40mol%: 60 ～ 80mol%; reaction temperatures:40 ～100°C; reaction pressures: 0.1 MPa ～ 1.0MPa.
