The major thrust of this effort was to locate and assemble available informationfor full scale environmental dredging projects and to break down reported costsinto discrete cost categories useful for project planning. Points of contact were identifiedfor 64 projects and additional cost information and verification directly solicited. Thedata obtained was adjusted to a common cost basis and evaluated to identify major costdrivers, effects of scale, and impacts of site-specific factors.
