This paper is mainly focused on the developmental strategy of private real estate enterprise.In the recent ten years,the real estate property has made a rapid progress and become the backer property of the national economy.But behind the fierce competition,there are many confirmed disease.Forasmuch,the paper takes the X real estate enterprise in Putian as a example.By researching this enterprise developmental strategy,this paper can improve the enterprise's power of the core competition and realize the enterprise's sustainable development.In order to ensure the operation of its development strategy successfully,we adjust and optimize the organization of X company,and give the advice about enforcing the internal management,and find a feasible measure to resolve the shortage of fund and land,and consolidate the cost control management.For the enterprise developing successfully in dynamic competitive environment,we give some advices about company culture,human resource management,brand strategy indemnification,information system,and make some suggestions about strategic alliance,steadily innovative ability,improving the company's ability to abtain the resource and raising the level of object management to shape the core competitive capability.
