摘要

Realizing the sustainable development of economy is the important strategic target of regional economic development of our country. It is decided by the human resource reasonable development and optimization. This, paper first elaborated the relations between the human resource and the regional economic sustainable development. On the basis of thoroughly analyzing the regional coordinated barrier and the restraint of human resources in our country, it proposes the countermeasure of strategic human resource management and regional sustainable development.
