摘要

Corporate culture is an important foundation of corporate core competitiveness. This paper firstly reviews some important academic literatures from corporate culture's contents and dimensions, from the linkage of corporate culture and organizational performance etc, and then from organizational learning perspective explores the content of corporate culture and organizational learning types and learning contents on corporate culture. By combining Argyis & Schon's organizational learning four-stage process model, we set forth organizational learning process conceptual model of corporate culture and extend the learning process of corporate culture from four-stage discrete model to the full-stage continuous model, finally we construct the learning speed model of corporate culture from organizational learning perspective. Through the solution and discussion to this model, we analyze the learning contents, learning types and learning speeds of corporate culture in different important stages. It is valuable on organizational culture learning theory and practices.
