Phenomena such as strategic alliance, joint investment, and government-industry-university collaboration appear day by day in hi-tech entrepreneurial enterprises. In these phenomena, enterprises demonstrate not only independence but dependence, not only specialized division but resource reciprocation. They also keep a long-term and nonspecific contract of social network relationship within a certain range. With the constant development of knowledge-based economy and constantly shortening of technology lifecycle and product lifecycle, the competitive environment that hi-tech entrepreneurial enterprises face is much more severe than before and the entrepreneurial environment is more flexible and uncertain. The entrepreneurial social network becomes far more complicated and dynamic. Consequently, the evolution of hi-tech entrepreneurial social network is now being paid more attention to. The quasi-ecological characteristics of hi-tech entrepreneurial social network are analyzed, the evolutionary process of hi-tech entrepreneurial social network are explained, and the evolutionary rules such as flexible change, robust adjustment, collaborative symbiosis, cooperative evolution are discussed. The intrinsic essence during the evolutionary process is studied. A co-evolvement model based on Logistic process and a coordination value model based on Metcalfe's Law are constructed, and the learning mechanism in this network is discussed.
