摘要

In the manufacturing process, unit layout, equipment, products, the process, and management modes are each different from place to place. The result is a sundry of different unit placements and arrangements. In a factory, these elements determine manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and cost. Therefore improving unit placement is critical for an enterprise to decrease cost and maximize competitiveness. It is adopted to practicality and awaits a hopeful, user-friendly future.
