Empirical Analysis of the Econometric Relationship between Enterprise Performance and Technological Innovation (ID: 4-032)

摘要

The paper tests for the debates on the relationship of concentration and performance of two schools, Harvard school and Chicago school in industrial organization theory, in which empirical data and econometric models is used. When it analyzes the relationship between enterprise performance and enterprise technological innovation behaviors, the result shows that there is significant positive relationship between enterprise innovation behavior and enterprise performance in China. The finding is robust to the viewpoints of Harvard school and has a practical effect to guide enterprise behaviors.
