摘要

The coming of the 21st Century is challenging traditional organizational models and assumptions on people and work itself. The knowledge-based economy calls for a renewed focus on human capital not as a cost, but as asset. This entails fundamental new ways of organizing and, more important a rethinking of management education. This paper tries to outline the implications of this paradigm shift for modern education management, drawing from the e-Business Management School five year's experimentations in new ways of creating human capital.
