Study on the Application of IE to an Electrical Equipment Company in China (ID: 2-018)

摘要

This paper uses a typical case of manufacturing organization - Tianjin BB Electrical Equipment Company - to illustrate how the basic principles and techniques of IE have been implemented in the company in China. This paper reports that the result of using basic IE approaches on the production process of the electrical equipment company knowing little about IE is notable. Based on our study, we come to a conclusion that for some companies using the basic principles and techniques of IE can be a very good place to start the application of IE.
