摘要

Today's commercial banks are faced with highly dynamic, sometimes even hostile environments. The increasing dependence upon electronic data processing systems in modern organizations has raised serious concerns from intemal-risk-controlling practitioners. With the emerging of many modern technologies such as business process reengineering, object-criented distributed iriddlewares, intelligent agents, and internet security technologies, the paper argues that objective-oriented provides the needed transparency and consistency between the models of business systems and the models of IT systems and adopts distributed intelligent multi-agent based on object-orientation organizing the modeling to redesign banking business processes and information systems. The paper designs a distributed intelligent multi-agent model based on object-orientation which can guarantee the systematical management and electronically data in each branch bank and achieve combination of risk control across each branch bank effectively.
