PURPOSE: To realize the high intelligent control of a complicated controlled system and control under environment which dynamically changes. ;CONSTITUTION: A base processor element 101 is constituted of intelligence processing system CPUs 1, control processing system CPUs 0, a Shared memory and a sharing means executing an input/output with an external part, which are shared by them. CPUs of the respective processing systems are respectively connected by way of an intelligence system shared system 102 and control system shared systems 103 and 104 so as to execute a parallel processing and to transmit and receive information with the external part. Moreover, they are hierarchically piled up so as to construct a hierarchical autonomous distribution processing system. The intelligence processing system and the control processing system take independent process but a high-speed communication function is held during the time. Thus, a system is easily constituted, where the intelligence processing system executes judgement in terms of a whole situation such as the grasp of the global and environment of the controlled system 106, the selection of a model based on the grasp, etc., and the control processing system actually controls the controlled system based on the result.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
