摘要

As informationizing process widespread in the steel pipe manufacture enterprises, large volumes of data from production process is stored in the data warehouse of the management information system (MIS) in the enterprises. This paper presents a comprehensive utilization method of data based on MIS in steel pipe manufacture enterprises to fit the practical situation of this type of enterprises in order to analyze and control the production process and to meet the requirement of ISO9001:2000, which combines the Shewhart control charts and Z-MR chart to inspect and control the production process, with the definition of "project", which is defined as a kind of steel pipe manufacture organization of the same specification, material and standard. The paper also presents a multivariate quality control method by combining T -chart and Z-MR chart to solve multivariate quality management problems.
