The Strategy Study of Developing E-business in the Small and Middle Enterprise

摘要

Today, more and more organizations use so-called E-business to handle their business transactions. To better understand organizations' E-business strategy, this paper gives brief description of E-business at the beginning, discusses the advantages and generic framework of E-business. Then the paper analyses the strategy of developing E-business in the enterprise, which includes theory and case of Amazon.com, and draws the conclusion. From analysis of theory and case, authors discovers that it is impossible to obtain a template of E-business' successful model. To win in future E-business, it is better for organizations to adopt dynamic E-business strategy to deal with uncertain challenges.
