Breakthrough of SMB development——Establish canonical and effectual enterprise management institution system

SMBs play an important role in national economy development. How to lead SMBs break through bottleneck in its evolutive course concerns economy and society stabilization. This paper presents how to establish canonical and effectual management institution system in SMBs to adapt the competition. Institution is the foundation of management. Suitable management institution can reduce the exchange cost and overhead expenses inside the enterprise effectively, progress of SMBs must base on the scientific, suitable and canonical management institution system. When establishing the management institution system, we must decide what are the rules, aims, requirements and arrangements, how to manage etc. Management institution is not unchangeable, it needs improve sustaining in order to accommodates changes of enterprise existent conditions, keeps its availability and accelerates the enterprise grow.
