Internet is a good combination of information technology and management technology. It has all-aspect influences on contemporary society. It has the most direct and far-reaching influence on enterprise's management. Enterprises must strive for innovations in order to survive and develop with competitive advantages on world markets in the era of a changing business environment. We have established a fundamental conviction, as knowledge capital is the most important resource on the aspects of innovation of management ideas. Therefore, enterprises managers should pay much attention to obtain intangible assets; for enterprises management model, they should regard knowledge management as outstanding contents; regarding enterprises management organization, they should change from vertical management of grade Pyramid pattern to level management of flat network pattern. Last but not the least, they have to change the old passive market-direct attitude to active searching spirit of change and creativity. It is important to develop enterprises management with only a scientific and logic sense to a new state of science and art.
