摘要

In MSEs, Performance Management in human resource management plays an important part in increasing employees' satisfaction and promoting performance. The impartiality of performance appraiser is the key to guarantee the equity of performance management and it is also the core in performance management. In this paper, through introducing the solid performance appraisal model, the multiple-appraiser methodology is used to eliminate the partiality caused by single appraiser. Meanwhile, considering the characteristic of multiple-appraiser, the Kendall's W Coefficient of Concordance is applied to ensure the impartiality of appraisal. This practical methodology provides the MSEs with a new tool in performance appraisal.
