Accelerated Corrosion Test (ACT) method for the anti-chloride penetration performance of grout was introduced in this paper. The same batch mixed grouts were investigated by ASTM C1202 and ACT method, respectively. Test results showed that ASTM C1202 is not suitable for the grouts with the low anti-chloride penetration performance due to the high voltage involved. ACT method can evaluate the anti-chloride penetration performance of different grouts and it avoids the disadvantages of the ASTM C1202. However, the ACT method needs to be improved due to its long experimental duration.
