Nanoparticles were designed to improve oralabsorption of DX-9065. Absorption enhancementdepended on chemical structures of polymericchains located on the nanoparticle surfaces. Thebioavailability of DX-9065 administered with cationicnanoparticles was 3 times that of drug alone. Thisincrease was probably caused by nanoparticlemediatedreduction of drug-bile acid interaction.
