Novel Polymeric Nano-half-shells Prepared by Solvent Evaporation Method without Any Template

摘要

Novel polymeric nano-half-spheres (N-HS) wereprepared without any template using o/w emulsion solventevaporation method by adding poloxamer (Pluronic F127)into organic phase. ;he mechanism of N-HS formation wasinvestigate by preparing various PLGA nanostructuresfrom different conditions such as concentration ofpoloxamer, addition of cyclosporin A and using otherpolymers or emulsifying method. This could be explainedby the postulation that N-HS are generated through a seriesof events including fast solidification of surface, phaseseparation and water emulsion.
